Return form
Within 14 days of receiving our products, you can return the products if they meet the following requirements:
The products must be in their original packaging, must not have been used and must be in perfect condition in order to be resold.
For returns, we reserve the right to charge 5% of the value of the goods as a processing fee. Medicines, class II b medical devices and specially purchased goods (“special orders”) are generally excluded from exchange. The buyer bears the costs of return shipping in the event of defective delivery by the seller. For returns that we receive without a copy of the original invoice or return slip, we charge a processing fee of €7.50.
Sample shipments requested by the customer for selection must be returned to Pelz & Partner free of charge within 21 days of receipt, otherwise the shipment is considered purchased and the invoice is issued on the date of the sample shipment.
We always need a valid RMA number for repair and complaint processing! Please request this by phone or email before each return and attach it clearly to the outside of the return package. You MUST include this form with EVERY return/repair/complaint.
